If you are looking to purchase a property in Victoria we can assist by reviewing section 32 statements and contracts prior to signing. We can also refer you to mortgage brokers to ensure you have your lending needs in place.

Once you’ve signed the contract on your new purchase we will manage every aspect of the transaction to ensure that settlement occurs on time and that you can enjoy the excitement of new home ownership.

Our base fee for conveyance of a purchase of residential property is $1,100 incl GST plus disbursements (which usually come in at between $300 and $400).

Our base fee for conveyance of a purchase of commerical property is $1,600 incl GST plus bisbursements.
