Selling a property.

Before listing your property for sale with your chosen agent it’s a great idea to commence engagement with us so we can explain the process and ensure that we support you through the selling process as best we can.

We will prepare the section 32 statement and contract of sale for your real estate agent and once your home sells we then manage the sale transaction to ensure settlement occurs on time so you get your sale proceeds and can move on to your new adventure.

Our fees for conveyance of a sale start from $1,100 incl GST plus disbursements (which usually come in at between $300 and $500).
